We are lost so deeply in our stress and tensions, which leads us to the path of psychological factors. These are the ones that put us in the turmoil state of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, etc. We do not understand why things are not happening in a way we want them to; the more we slip into our stressful life, the more we are stuck in it.
To overcome this we have the best philosophical approach to deal with these problems of stress and anxiety. That is Nirvana Shatkam. Which clearly states a place of perfect peace and happiness. Which is not found in this world, but it is in our inner self to realize this state; one has to be higher in spirituality. Self-realization of knowing that I am one with the supreme. Many of us don't find any solution to the problems, and so we find it difficult to express our feelings and emotions. It's almost suppressed, but when we understand that this is not our permanent problem, the problem can be solved when we know ourselves truly with a conscious mind, keeping our ego aside. This ego, or this mind and body, is the root cause of all sorrows, and to that it should be given up gradually. It can only be done through the help of mindful meditation. When you meditate, you can bring your focus on the higher supreme or concentrate on your breath, which will lead you to a better path. When you practice meditation on a regular basis, this will help you to fight your daily stress and worries. Where once we thought there was no way, no hope that all could be cleared only through meditation, which means all the unwanted feelings, thoughts, attachment, bondage, and negative emotions will go, and slowly it will promote inner peace, calmness, and freedom from pain and suffering. You will start realizing the problems are zero or nothing in front of you. This reduces anxiety; also, it will encourage you with your prayerful life.
The more you know yourself, the more you will know the supreme. The bliss, joy, and happiness will be replaced with negative thoughts and emotions. Every problem has a solution, so the solution is in our own self. The best lines from the Nirvana shatkam portray I am the form of Consciousness and bliss.
